Monterey Reaches Major Milestone as Community Marks 3-Year Anniversary

April marked a significant chapter in the growth of Monterey, with the community celebrating both its 3rd anniversary and a key occupancy milestone.

On 18 April 2026, Monterey celebrated three years since the first resident settled into the community. In that time, the estate has steadily grown into a well-established and thriving neighbourhood, shaped by continued settlement and strong community momentum.

That momentum has carried seamlessly into May, with the first settlement of the month taking Monterey past a major milestone: 50% occupancy, with 131 homes now settled out of a total 261.

Reaching this stage is a pivotal moment in the lifecycle of a community. Once past the halfway mark, developments typically experience increased activity, stronger engagement and a more vibrant on-the-ground presence.
