Monterey Celebrates Two Year Milestone with 87 Homes Settled and a Thriving Community

This week marks a major milestone for Monterey — two years since the very first home settled on 18 April 2023. In that time, the community has grown steadily, with 87 homes now settled and 155 residents enjoying life in this vibrant and welcoming estate.

With 261 homes planned in total, Monterey is officially one third of the way to full occupation. Stages 1 and 2 are now fully settled, and only a handful of homes remain in Stage 3. Looking ahead, settlements for Stage 4 are set to begin in June, with seven stages in total planned for the community.

As the estate matures, particularly in its earlier stages, it’s clear to see why many residents who previously lived in other nearby land lease communities have chosen to make the move to Monterey. From beautifully landscaped green spaces to thoughtfully designed facilities, Monterey offers a lifestyle unmatched in the local area.
