On 31st of July 2023, we celebrated the grand opening of the Monterey Community Clubhouse. It was great to get the community together to unveil to amenities. 

Nestled in the heart of Camden Haven region, Monterey offers a picturesque and peaceful environment where residents can enjoy a relaxed and maintenance-free lifestyle. With the completion of the state-of-the-art clubhouse, Monterey setting a new standard in living for over 55s communities. 

Spanning approximately 1,600m2, the resident clubhouse is the centrepiece of the estate and will be a hub for recreation and socialising. Indoor facilities include everything from a cinema, craft room, and games room to health and wellness amenities including a lounge, gym, library, and health consulting services. Extending outdoors, the covered area adjacent to the clubhouse provides a charming setting for residents to come together, with a swimming pool, golf driving nets, tennis court, and a bowling green for friendly competitions.
